Resilient Routes

About

The purpose of the Resilient Routes program is to foster resiliency as people navigate their work and personal lives. The program offers an opportunity for introspection, enhancement of personal strengths, and development of nervous system regulation tools.

Resilient Routes provides a forum for people to find a deep connection to self so that they can navigate the busyness of their lives, access the wisdom of their bodies when needed, and find balance through nervous system regulation.
